In this role you will operate and monitor highly automated lines, perform set-ups and changeovers, troubleshoot issues, document activities in SAP/MES, support deviation investigations, and drive continuous

Qualifications

• Experience in automated manufacturing environments, preferably assembly/packaging.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with GMP guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor highly automated production and packaging lines.
• Perform equipment set-ups, line clearances, and cleaning activities.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks and adjustments.
• Document production activities using SAP and MES.
• Support deviation investigations and root cause analysis.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities using Lean methodologies.
• Ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
