Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking a Senior Operator / Delegate Line Lead to join our manufacturing teams in Breda. You will oversee assembly, labeling, packing, storage and shipping of medicines for global distribution.

The role requires at least 7 years in regulated automated environments, leadership on the shop floor, and familiarity with SAP/MES and Lean Six Sigma. A shift-based schedule is expected, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in highly regulated automated production environments.
• Proven operational leadership experience on the shopfloor.
• Familiarity with SAP/MES and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• MBO+ or equivalent technical education.

Responsibilities

• Execute production activities according to SOPs and GMP standards.
• Act as first point of escalation during operational disturbances.
• Support troubleshooting activities and escalation management.
• Participate in triage and cross-functional problem-solving activities.
• Support daily operational leadership on the production line and coordinate operational activities during delegated leadership periods.
• Support achievement of production targets, quality objectives, and line performance.
• Support workload coordination, task prioritization, and team communication.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and guidance of operators on the line.
• Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of all production activities.

Senior Operator / Delegate Line Lead (Multiple Roles)

What You Will Do

What We Expect From You
