Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in Breda, Netherlands, is seeking a Technical Operator for automated production lines in a GMP-regulated facility. You will operate, monitor, and optimise fully automated systems, ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance while contributing to root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

You'll set up lines, perform changeovers, troubleshoot disturbances, maintain equipment, and record data in SAP/MES.

Qualifications

Experience in automated production environments, preferably in assembly, labelling or packaging.
Experience with RCA and 5WHY for structured troubleshooting.
GMP experience is advantageous in a regulated environment.
Familiarity with SAP and/or MES systems.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor automated production equipment for safe, reliable, and efficient performance.
Perform equipment set-ups, changeovers, line cleaning, and line clearances.
Troubleshoot process disturbances and restore equipment and production performance.
Maintain production equipment and perform minor mechanical adjustments.
Adjust parameters to optimise equipment and line performance.
Record and verify production data in SAP and MES.
Support deviation management and triage activities.
Conduct root cause analysis using RCA and 5WHY.
Contribute to Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure all activities comply with GMP and quality standards.
