Job summary

Amgen Breda is seeking a Manager Manufacturing to lead a team of 15–20 operators on (semi-)automated lines. You will drive GMP compliance, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration from the Breda site to support global supply.

This role requires a degree or solid experience in a regulated setting, with shift work and a passion for Lean methodologies. Amgen offers strong rewards, development, and an inclusive global culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role within a regulated industry.
• Willingness to work in a shift system on the shop floor.
• Strong people management and inspirational leadership.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Inspire excellence by mentoring and developing the team while upholding GMP.
• Oversee labeling and packaging processes per SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement using Agile, Six Sigma, Lean.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on equipment, lines, and sustainability goals.
• Foster a culture of quality and safety with First Time Right mindset.
