Job summary

AMACOM Recruitment is seeking a Senior Art Director for an international premium fashion brand. You will translate brand identity into distinctive campaigns, with a strong point of view on fashion, styling and visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Senior Art Director with fashion brand or agency experience.
• Strong eye for fashion, styling, casting, product and visual storytelling.
• Ability to define and execute a complete visual direction.
• Comfortable with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand strategy and creative direction into distinctive visual concepts and campaigns.
• Lead on styling, casting, product and visual language across campaigns.
• Develop campaign identities, visual systems, layouts, moodboards and toolkits.
• Art direct integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM, retail, e‑commerce and brand experiences.
• Ensure a consistent and elevated visual identity across brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, filmmakers, producers, agencies and other partners.
• Use generative AI hands‑on to enhance concept development and image creation.
• Provide clear, constructive creative feedback and raise the quality of work.
• Balance creative ambition with production realities and deadlines.
