Job summary

Creative Fabrica, Amsterdam HQ, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. You will shape visuals for product launches, campaigns, and brand communications, collaborating with motion, video, and content teams to deliver assets at scale.

You will leverage AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining strong design judgment, delivering across multiple formats and platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design experience in graphic design or visual design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design and visual craft.
• Hands-on generative AI experience in creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create assets across every marketing touchpoint (thumbnails, social assets, launch graphics, product visuals, decks).
• Translate product capabilities and campaign ideas into compelling visual directions.
• Produce a high volume of high-quality creative while maintaining swift iteration cycles.
• Make AI part of the design process using generative tools to improve workflows.
• Design assets for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X and other platforms.
• Collaborate with Motion Designers and Video Editor to ensure consistency across media.
• Shape and evolve Creative Fabrica AI's visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Build reusable templates, components and design systems for rapid variation.
• Iterate based on performance data and feedback, staying current with visual trends.
