Job summary

Monks, the global digital-first division of S4 Capital, seeks a Senior AI Artist to lead AI-driven visual storytelling across high-profile campaigns. You will combine VFX craft with generative AI using Google AI tools to concept, iterate, and produce world-class imagery and animation.

Collaborating with Creative Directors, Copywriters, and Designers, you’ll push beyond prompts, refine outputs, and communicate in English across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience originating from a deep craft background in VFX, animation, 3D modeling, or high-end illustration.
• Extensive experience concepting and producing professional-grade assets using generative AI tools, with a strong mandatory proficiency in Google AI suites (e.g., Imagen, Veo, or equivalent models).
• A diverse portfolio showcasing deep craft and AI-driven output across static imagery and animation/motion.
• You don’t just type prompts; you troubleshoot, composite, and refine AI outputs to achieve your artistic vision.
• A team player who thrives in a highly interactive environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English with ability to articulate creative choices and technical possibilities.

Responsibilities

• Advanced AI Production & Workflow Stitching: Drive ideation and production using Google AI tools and other generative platforms.
• Hyper-Craft Iteration: Rapidly prototype and refine visuals based on feedback.
• Motion & Statics Mastery: Generate animated assets and still imagery with polished feel.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CDs, Copywriters, and Designers.
• Global Communication: Communicate concepts clearly in English across time zones.
