Job summary

MR MARVIS, Amsterdam-based menswear brand, seeks an AI leader to own our AI roadmap and deployment. You’ll partner with Tech, Commerce, Data, and CX to ship reliable AI-enabled features that improve discovery, sizing, delivery promises, and decision making.

You’ll drive architecture choices, lead governance, and translate business goals into technical design, delivering measurable ROI with a hybrid work setup in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Genuinely AI-native with hands-on experience in AI systems and production.
• Excellent stakeholder management with clear written and exec communication.
• Strong analytical mindset; define metrics first and adapt based on data.

Responsibilities

• Own AI strategy and backlog, aligning ROI and business value.
• Define integration of AI with Shopify, Sanity, Algolia and data stack.
• Prototype, productionize PoCs, and implement monitoring and rollback paths.
• Lead governance, data classification and risk assessment with Security/PO.
• Act as single AI point of contact across departments; drive adoption.
• Build repeatable playbooks from PoC to production and ensure quality.
