Job summary

Celonis seeks a Senior Value Engineer to drive AI- and data-driven transformations for Enterprise clients. You will blend consulting, project management, and technical execution to orchestrate complex roadmaps across core business processes and ecosystems.

You will partner with VE teams and Sales to ensure ROI-driven deployments, platform adoption, and scalable value realization across multi-region programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex workstreams and customer relationships.
• Strong AI and enterprise IT background with software tools.
• Builder mentality with account-team collaboration.
• Proven process improvement and value realization.
• English communication with executive presence; Dutch a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Uncover issues and own outcomes from discovery to ROI.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship and co-own change management.
• Steer global transformations and AI-driven account planning.
• Operate as AI-fluent, enabling rapid outputs and platform adoption.
• Craft strategic expansion roadmaps and provide product feedback.
