Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Value Engineer to support AI-driven transformation within the Public sector, applying the Celonis Context Model. You will collaborate with Senior and Lead Value Engineers to merge consulting with technical execution and project management.

In this role you’ll contribute to end-to-end value journeys, leverage AI-driven workflows, and partner with Applied Value Engineers on solution builds in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, value engineering, or enterprise software.
• Foundational background in IT, SaaS, or business software.
• AI-fluent operator; proficient with AI tools to generate outputs.
• Strong desire to design innovative solutions and handle ambiguity.
• Foundational understanding of Finance/Supply Chain and Public Sector domains.

Responsibilities

• Value selling & realization: help identify improvement opportunities and map Celonis into the customer tech stack.
• Stakeholder management: engage with project managers and middle management to build momentum.
• Program management: assist in executing transformation programs and tracking milestones.
• Platform & AI fluency: use AI tools to generate rapid outputs while partnering with engineers.
• Scale value & innovation: identify expansion opportunities and feed product teams with new use cases.
