Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior/ Lead AI Deployment Engineer to lead hands-on implementations for enterprise customers, combining platform expertise with AI-augmented workflows to deliver high-quality outcomes quickly. You will direct AI deployment agents to build data models, generate analyses, and configure operational solutions, while validating results and ensuring business relevance.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting.
• Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with AI-enabled development tools and prompt engineering is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI deployment agents (Apollo) to build data models, KPIs, and dashboards and validate outputs against business requirements.
• Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform and define operational solutions.
• Identify process inefficiencies and root causes with Celonis technology, collaborating with the customer.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and business relevance; apply domain knowledge as needed.
• Lead value creation workshops and define measures to improve processes; measure customer success.
