Job summary

HERE Technologies is seeking a Lead AI Value Analyst to ensure AI investments deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work with business stakeholders, Finance, product owners and the AI CoE to document value assumptions, estimate benefits and track realized outcomes.

This role combines business analysis, financial modeling and data-driven decision making to prioritize AI opportunities with the greatest potential impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in related field.
• 5+ years in business analysis, financial analysis, consulting, operations, PMO, or value realization roles.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools; able to build financial models.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain AI and automation business cases across the enterprise.
• Quantify benefits: productivity gains, cost avoidance/reduction, revenue impact.
• Apply ROI frameworks to evaluate AI use cases.
• Prioritize AI opportunities based on value, feasibility, and effort.
• Track realized benefits against original business case commitments.
• Prepare dashboards, scorecards, and presentations for leadership.
