Job summary

TCC Global is seeking a Data Analyst to measure loyalty campaign ROI, analyze drivers of performance, and translate findings into actionable business insights for commercial and operational decisions.

You will work hands-on with Power BI, Azure ML, and AI tooling, building data pipelines, dashboards, and reports, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Operations. 1–2 years' experience and strong SQL/Python are required; hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and technical skills across SQL, Python, statistics, Power BI (including DAX/data modelling).
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights and communicate with stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments and using AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Measure campaign performance and ROI; translate results into proof points for stakeholders.
• Deliver analyses supporting proposals, client conversations, and internal decisions.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards; develop data pipelines on Azure.
