Job summary

Aquablu B.V is seeking a Product Manager for the AURA platform to drive direction, own features end-to-end, and ship iteratively with AI-enabled tools. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, balancing business value, user needs, and fast delivery to strengthen our software product in a dynamic, AI-powered environment.

Qualifications

• Platform experience: 3–5 years as a PM on a live software product, ideally B2B, SaaS, or internal platforms.
• Clear judgment: you commit when there’s no perfect answer.
• Stakeholder trust: you earn it with senior stakeholders and explain decisions plainly.
• Technical comfort: you’re comfortable with code, data models, and integrations, even if engineering was never your title.
• AI already in your work: you’ve built something with AI tools, even a prototype or side project, and you want to make it your day job.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap: prioritize by business value and user pain. Kill ideas that don’t earn their place.
• Find the real problem: work directly with the teams who use AURA every day.
• Build features yourself: go from idea to working feature with AI, not to a spec handed off to someone else.
• Deploy to production: ship your own features, with engineers reviewing and guiding your work.
• Keep leadership aligned: explain your priorities and trade-offs from decision to launch.
• Measure and iterate: define success for every feature, check whether it landed, and go again.
