Job summary

ABN AMRO Clearing is seeking a Senior Test Project Manager to lead the enterprise rollout of the new Test Management Process across the organisation. You will translate the process, test strategy and standards into an executable transformation roadmap and coordinate adoption across product and platform teams.

You will embed AI-assisted testing to accelerate design, generation, analysis and reporting while maintaining human oversight and risk controls.

Qualifications

Proven success leading enterprise or multi-team test transformation.
Strong knowledge of test management, strategy, automation, environments, data and quality gates.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/DevOps environments.
Practical knowledge of AI-assisted testing and responsible-use controls.
Experience delivering across international/regulatory contexts.

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise-wide rollout of the Test Management Process across teams.
Translate standards and strategy into practical implementation plans for testing, environments and data.
Drive adoption of standardized test management practices, automation tooling and CI/CD gates.
Coordinate governance with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Leadership.
Embed AI-assisted testing into GitLab workflows and pipelines.
Define dashboards and reporting for progress, adoption, and delivery status.
Deliver communications, training, and documentation, including Test Circle leadership.
Embed ownership, controls and continuous improvement into BAU operations.
