Job summary
ABN AMRO Clearing is seeking a Senior Operational Risk Manager to strengthen its Global Operational Risk Management function. You will lead coverage of risk instruments, risk types and deliverables, while aligning with ABN AMRO Bank and Clearing globally, with a focus on data, AI and automation to drive efficiency and impact.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in Operational / Enterprise Risk Management (financial services preferred).
- Strong experience in Data Risk & Data Governance.
- Proven track record in strategic risk & transformation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of AI, automation & tech risk.
- International stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, enterprise-wide risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate complex risks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing challenge and insight on critical risk decisions.
- Drive the advancement of data risk frameworks, strengthening governance, controls, and resilience.
- Embed AI, automation, and emerging risk domains into Operational Risk Management practices.
- Translate risk data into actionable insights while influencing global stakeholders and leading risk transformation initiatives.
