Job summary

Levy Professionals is seeking a Test Project Manager to lead a company-wide rollout of a new test management process. You will coordinate ~35 teams, manage the plan, milestones and risks, and report progress to senior management from Amsterdam three days a week. Test Project Manager | Lead a Test Process Rollout with Agentic AI Across 35 Teams | Global Financial Institution, Amsterdam

A global financial institution has approved a new test management process and needs a project lead to roll it out. You will take it across roughly 35 development teams and 250 developers in the US, EU and APAC. The organisation is moving onto GitLab and using agentic AI to structure the rollout. The role is based in Amsterdam, three days a week in the office. It is payroll via Levy Professionals, and the client wants someone in place as soon as possible.

About the role

This is a project and stakeholder role first. You set up and run the rollout, own the plan and keep management informed. An experienced test management expert already covers the technical details and onboarding, so you bring enough technical understanding to challenge teams and shape guidelines. The assignment runs initially until the end of May 2027, with a possible extension. You work from the Amsterdam office three days a week with international teams, and you get real hands-on exposure to applying agentic AI in a rollout.

You will:

• Set up and run the rollout across around 35 teams, with a full project plan, milestones and risk tracking
• Build management reporting and team tracking so progress and adoption are visible
• Make the process easy for teams to adopt, and use agentic AI to structure and coordinate the rollout
• Work with the test management expert to define guidelines and challenge technical stakeholders

Who are you?

• Strong project or programme management experience running large, multi-team rollouts
• Good stakeholder management, planning and reporting skills
• Solid knowledge of test management processes and methodologies
• Interest or experience in applying AI tools to project delivery or reporting
• Familiarity with GitLab or similar CI/CD platforms is a plus
• Enough technical background to engage with and challenge development teams
• Available to start as soon as possible and work from Amsterdam three days a week
