Job summary

Levy Professionals is seeking a Test Project Manager to lead a company-wide rollout of a new test management process. You will coordinate ~35 teams, manage the plan, milestones and risks, and report progress to senior management from Amsterdam three days a week. Experience with AI-assisted project delivery is a plus.

The role runs through May 2027 with a potential extension, and is payroll through Levy Professionals for a global financial institution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-team rollouts.
• Strong planning, tracking and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to engage with technical stakeholders and drive guidelines.
• Interest or experience applying AI tools to project delivery or reporting.
• Available to start soon and work from Amsterdam three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run the rollout across roughly 35 teams with a detailed project plan, milestones and risk tracking.
• Build management reporting and team tracking to visualise progress and adoption.
• Coordinate with the test management expert to define guidelines and challenge teams.
