Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Creative Design Supervisor in the Netherlands. You will lead a team of designers, oversee daily operations, ensure visual quality, and align work with brand positioning and business objectives.

You will mentor designers, provide feedback, collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to hands-on design when needed in a fast-growing AI-enabled tech environment.

Qualifications

• Graphic design expertise and production of high-quality assets.
• Proven team leadership and mentorship experience.
• Ability to develop original concepts aligned with brand.
• Analytical mindset using data to inform decisions.
• Understanding of business objectives and KPIs.
• Experience evaluating and coaching creative work.
