Job summary

VEED is seeking a senior product designer to shape AI experiences across multiple surfaces, not just one product area. You’ll set design direction, build prototypes, and partner with engineering and research to translate frontier model capabilities into usable tools for marketers.

The role demands strong design leadership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while advocating for user-centered AI design. Hybrid work in Amsterdam supported.

Qualifications

• Deep product design experience with judgement on 0→1 problems
• Track record of setting design direction for a product or company
• Real fluency with generative models and their interfaces
• Strong prototyping ability to make ideas real
• Systems thinking to define new patterns and their consequences
• Comfort being early and changing your mind quickly
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority

Responsibilities

• Set the design vision for how people create with generative AI across surfaces
• Work at the front of the roadmap; define bets
• Turn frontier model capabilities into actionable prototypes for marketers
• Build prototypes and artefacts to ground unbuilt ideas
• Collaborate with engineering and research to understand model capabilities and limits
• Define interaction patterns for intent, control, cost, wait, and safety
