Job summary

Atlassian is hiring an Engagement Manager for Advisory Services. This role is an individual contributor focused on leading and executing client engagements to deliver outcomes. You will be the main point of contact for engagements, manage scope, and drive value with cross-team collaboration.

The role values strong project management, client relationships, and consultative selling, with optional multilingual capabilities. A global travel component up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or customer-facing roles.
• 8+ years in SaaS or technology consulting environments.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
• PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for Advisory Services engagements throughout the lifecycle.
• Own proactive scope management to meet engagement vision and client outcomes.
• Accelerate time to value with project and program management expertise.
• Cultivate enduring client relationships with consultative skills and clear communication.
• Partner with teams across Atlassian to advocate for customer needs and innovative solutions.
• Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally for events.
