Job summary

Converge is seeking an Account Manager for the Benelux region to drive growth in independent electronic component distribution. You will build trusted relationships with customers, develop pricing and proposals, and manage the end-to-end order lifecycle in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

The role offers a base salary plus commission, with opportunities to advance in a high-performance, international team and travel across EMEA. English is required; Dutch is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in non-franchised/independent electronic component distribution.
• Strong understanding of the value proposition of independent distributors, including alternative sourcing, flexibility, and market agility.
• Hands‑on knowledge of electronic component lifecycles, shortages, and supply chain volatility.
• Demonstrated success in a target‑driven sales or business development role within this market.
• Experience working with senior‑level customer stakeholders, both commercially and strategically.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow customer relationships within the electronics distribution market.
• Proactively identify demand and supply opportunities for obsolete electronic components.
• Rebuild and expand underdeveloped or inactive customer accounts.
• Actively source new business through targeted prospecting and market research.
• Develop pricing, quotations, and proposals aligned with independent market conditions.
• Manage the full order‑to‑invoice lifecycle, ensuring speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market dynamics, pricing fluctuations, and availability in the global component market.
• Represent Converge at industry events and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.
