HY People Solutions is searching for a Senior Account Manager for a creative content agency in Amsterdam to own client relationships and coordinate content projects from briefing to delivery.

You’ll translate client needs into clear direction, contribute to strategic decisions, and identify opportunities to grow your accounts. As the primary contact for a select group of brands, you’ll ensure creative ideas become reality and delivery remains on time and on budget.

Formación

• At least 4 years of account management experience in an agency environment.
• Fluent Dutch and strong English communication skills.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to connect strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in creative content.
• Highly organized, proactive, and clear in your communication.

Role Description

Our client — a creative content agency in Amsterdam — is looking for a Senior Account Manager to own client relationships and coordinate content projects from briefing to delivery. You’ll be the key connection between client stakeholders and internal teams (strategy, creative, production) — ensuring priorities, timelines, budgets, and communication stay aligned.

You’ll translate client needs into clear direction, contribute to strategic decisions, and identify opportunities to grow your accounts. As Account Manager, you'll be the permanent face for a few of their best brands and make sure creative ideas become reality.

Their mission is to make brands human through concepts, videos, and social content. The team combines creativity and human stories with a focus on delivering strong results for leading brands.
