HY People Solutions is searching for a Senior Account Manager for a creative content agency in Amsterdam to own client relationships and coordinate content projects from briefing to delivery.

You’ll translate client needs into clear direction, contribute to strategic decisions, and identify opportunities to grow your accounts. As the primary contact for a select group of brands, you’ll ensure creative ideas become reality and delivery remains on time and on budget.

Formación

• At least 4 years of account management experience in an agency environment.
• Fluent Dutch and strong English communication skills.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to connect strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in creative content.
• Highly organized, proactive, and clear in your communication.
• Ability to build trust and align teams around shared goals.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to take initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for your clients, from briefing to launch and ongoing collaboration
• Build strong client relationships and understand their business goals
• Translate client briefs and strategic plans into actionable project requirements
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate strategists, creatives, and producers to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high standard
• Lead multidisciplinary teams with clear direction and ownershipIdentify commercial opportunities and turn them into proposals and next steps
