Job summary

Wolfstreet in Amsterdam is looking for an Account & Project Manager to guide campaigns from briefing to delivery, coordinating client, creative and production teams.

You will manage timelines, budgets and briefs, build strong client relationships and help big productions land on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Experience at an advertising or creative agency, handling accounts and projects.
• Experience with budgets, project administration and internal briefings.
• Ability to guide creative and content productions from concept to delivery.
• Well organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive communicator with clients and team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and practical problem solving.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Based in or around Amsterdam and able to work from the office.

• Take on bigger productions over time and grow into leading productions and TVCs independently.
• Spot commercial opportunities and help existing clients grow.

Who are we?

Wolfstreet is a creative and production agency in Amsterdam. We make campaigns and content for brands and agencies, from strategy and concept through to production and post-production. We work for Vinted, BUX, STËLZ, Picnic, Independer and Catawiki, among others.

Who are we looking for?

An Account & Project Manager with agency experience. Someone who gets energy from good ideas, good client relationships and projects that run smoothly from the first briefing to final delivery.

You are the daily link between client, creative and production. You guide projects from briefing to delivery and keep everything on course: planning, budget, communication and quality.

The work ranges from social content to larger productions and TVCs. You start with support from the team and take on more as you go, with the aim of running big productions independently.

You work closely with the account team, clients, creatives, producers and post-production. You write debriefs, make sure briefings are sharp, translate feedback well and keep everyone clear on what happens when.

• An eye for detail and a habit of thinking in solutions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Living in or around Amsterdam and able to work from our office.
