The function

As we want to give this client the best possible service we are looking for a quality-driven, multi-contacts jugglingSenior Account Manager & Project Manager to join The Brand Floor. The responsibilities include building and nurturing a healthy client relationship, developing new opportunities, briefing creative teams, allocating and managing projects and budgets, and identifying new areas of growth.

Successful candidates will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a proven track record of client relationship management, at least 5 years of work experience with experience in a management role, and a keen eye for detail. Summed up:

• Managing and developing the client experience with The Brand Floor.
• Close cooperation with our Creative Teams Director (CTD) and General Manager.
• Briefing creatives and suppliers.
• Developing and nurturing client relationships.
• Keeping projects on time and within budget.
• Setting objectives for creative teams with CTD.
• Conducting performance evaluations and giving feedback.
• Monitoring the success of our studios/teams working for the client.
• Managing external stakeholders with the CEO and CTD.
• Identifying new opportunities for growth.

Who are your strengths and skills?

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in the same position.
• Being full-fledged interlocutor for creative and MarCom briefings.
• Understanding of budgeting and reporting.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and planning skills.
• Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• International mindset and fluent in Dutch and English.
• Hybrid working.
