Job summary

Xsens Technologies B.V. is seeking a Sr. Account Executive for its Automation & Mobility line, based from the Enschede HQ. You will drive profitable growth and market expansion across EMEA, owning the full sales cycle for MTi-series and Sirius/Avior products.

In this role, you’ll lead strategic account planning, engage with technical and executive stakeholders, and collaborate with partners to grow the footprint in mobile robotics, UAVs, marine robotics and defense applications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven success in technical B2B sales (sensor systems, robotics or related domains).
• Strong track record of new business development and closing complex deals.
• Experience with OEMs, value adding integrators and channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and exceed revenue targets.
• Build a robust pipeline via outbound prospecting and account penetration.
• Develop territory- and account-plans aligned with regional growth objectives.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles for high-performance sensor solutions (IMU, GNSS/INS).
• Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Travel ~30% across the assigned region.
