KnowBe4 is seeking a Security Awareness Content Specialist to support sales and customer success with our content library. You will review monthly content, update documentation, and guide customers on training plans across international accounts.

You will lead content reviews, communicate best practices for large-scale learning, and coordinate with publishers on roadmaps while ensuring regional compliance and translations for global customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Security Awareness, Instructional Design or related field/experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with creating and updating documentation for clients.
• Experience advising clients on learning plans.
• Experience with translations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review new content monthly and update training content documentation for international clients.
• Identify top-used modules and best practices for large-scale learning plans.
• Review customer feedback and inform publishers to guide content roadmaps.
• Provide training and guidance to staff/contractors on multilingual content localization.
• Stay current with regional compliance laws and cultural expectations for content globally.

The ideal candidate is a master of all the content available to our customers and the best practices for implementing security awareness and compliance training programs.
