Job summary

Louis Vuitton Amsterdam Store invites applications for a Client Advisor role during the festive season. You will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring every Client is treated per the Louis Vuitton promise and guided across product categories.

You will proactively reach out to Clients to achieve individual and team goals, welcome clients, advise on products, build long-term relationships with clienteling tools, and help drive store sales while upholding the brand's standards.

Qualifications

• Availability required from November through end of December, including peak hours during Christmas and New Year’s Eve week.
• Ambassador of the Louis Vuitton Brand with a focus on client experience.
• Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience.
• Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships using Clienteling tools to foster Brand loyalty.
• Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
• Strong command of English; Dutch language preferred.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities
