Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Amsterdam is seeking a Client Advisor to be an ambassador of the Brand during the November through December holiday period, including peak hours around Christmas and New Year. You will welcome clients, advise across all product categories, and engage with them to develop long-term relationships using Clienteling tools, contributing to store sales and brand loyalty.

You will also collaborate with the team, learn the brand thoroughly, and demonstrate ownership of each client

Qualifications

• Strong command of English and preferably Dutch.
• Availability to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
• Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
• Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different Clienteling tools, to foster Brand loyalty
• Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
