Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Amsterdam seeks a Client Advisor to be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring every Client is treated to the Louis Vuitton promise and guiding them across all product categories.

You will welcome Clients, advise across the Brand, build long-term relationships using Clienteling tools, contribute to sales, work as part of a store team, and continuously learn Brand and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset focused on luxury clientele.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch is preferred.
• Availability to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience.
• Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories.
• Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships using Clienteling tools.
• Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to store objectives.
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge.
