Job summary

Louis Vuitton Store Amsterdam is seeking a Client Advisor to welcome clients, advise across product categories, and build lasting relationships during the peak holiday period. You will embrace the Louis Vuitton promise, delivering exceptional service and brand knowledge.

Requirements include fluency in English (Dutch preferred), a professional attitude, teamwork, and weekend availability to cover busy periods in November and December, including Christmas and New Year week.

• Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience

• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge

Job description

Availability required from November through the end of December,

including peak hours during the Christmas and New Year's Eve week.

As aClient Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated accordingly to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.

You will proactively reach out to your Clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.
