Horizon3 is seeking an SDR Manager in Amsterdam to lead a pod of 7–10 SDRs, coaching, and scaling a global team. You’ll partner with RevOps and Enablement to optimize tools, processes, and playbooks, driving pipeline impact in a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS environment. Strong leadership and data-driven selling are essential.

Remote flexibility is available one-two days per week, with office-first culture and opportunities to shape GTM strategy across regions and languages.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of SDR management experience in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or other technical B2B environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action.
• Harnesses Salesforce and Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) effectively.
• Fluent English; business-level German; located in the Amsterdam area.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the SDR team: build, motivate, and manage 7–10 SDRs to generate high-quality pipeline.
• Develop high-impact sales skills: coach on cold calling, objections, qualification, multi-channel outreach.
• Optimize SDR operations with RevOps, Enablement and cross-functional teams.
• Cultivate a strong team culture with psychological safety and healthy competition.
• Drive end-to-end SDR funnel: forecast pipeline, refine strategies, ensure SLA targets.
• Hire, onboard, and ramp new SDRs with structured training.
• Maintain culture of excellence: CRM hygiene and process discipline.
• Provide market intelligence to inform GTM strategy and sales plays.
