Job summary

OTC Flow B.V. in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, seeks an entry-level Sales Trader (Scandinavian Markets) to join our expanding sales trading team.

You will develop and manage your own client portfolio, identify opportunities, and drive tailored solutions for sustainability objectives. You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and in-depth training in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that values drive and persistence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales or client-facing roles preferred.
• Native-level proficiency in at least one Nordic language and very good English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and manage a client portfolio via outreach and networking.
• Discuss client needs through calls, meetings, and emails.
• Identify trade opportunities and assist in execution.
• Be the primary information source for contacts and market updates.
• Provide daily pricing and market insights to clients and teammates.
• Stay informed on products, markets, and procedures.
• Aim to achieve personal revenue targets (PnL).
• Promote OTC Flow’s services to grow market share.
