Job summary

OTC Flow, a leading broker headquartered in Amsterdam, seeks Sales Traders to build a robust client portfolio and execute trades that support environmental compliance. You will lead a targeted sales strategy, become a trusted advisor, and identify new trading opportunities.

You will engage in proactive outreach through calls, emails, chats, and meetings, with a focus on growing client relationships in the financial and environmental markets while delivering commercial value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2+ years in B2B sales, business development, account management, commodity trading, or similar roles.
• Experience in financial, commodity, energy, or environmental markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively grow and expand your client base through direct outreach, including cold calling.
• Build a comprehensive and targeted lead list for extensive outreach.
• Take full accountability for achieving personal revenue and profit targets.
• Execute trades with precision and efficiency.
• Engage with clients via phone, online platforms and face-to-face meetings to understand business needs.
• Provide daily pricing updates and market insights to stakeholders.
