Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 1–2+ years in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your client portfolio through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Communicate with clients via phone, virtual meetings, and in-person visits to understand business needs.
• Identify and execute trading opportunities aligned with client objectives.
• Provide clients with daily market insights, pricing information, and updates.
• Monitor markets and developments relevant to environmental commodities.
• Take ownership of revenue targets and contribute to team performance.
