Job summary

Sligro's SAP HR team seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC–Payroll (Netherlands) Engineer to support and maintain business-critical HR systems across NL payroll and HR workflows, ensuring stable integrations and continuous improvement.

As a senior engineer you will mentor junior consultants, act as module SME, and contribute to delivery KPIs across ITSM and DevSecOps, with hands-on troubleshooting of HR processes and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors platform.
• Employee Central is mandatory.
• Experience with 2–3 modules: Onboarding, Recruiting, PMGM, Succession, Learning, EC Payroll.
• Hands-on with master data handling, RBP, workflows, and RCA.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC–Payroll (Netherlands) Engineer to join Sligro's SAP HR team. You will support and maintain business‑critical HR systems, ensuring seamless HR operations, stable integrations, and continuous improvement across multiple SuccessFactors modules. As a senior engineer, you will mentor junior consultants, act as module SME, and contribute to delivery KPIs across ITSM and DevSecOps.

This role requires strong functional and technical expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Dutch Payroll, integrations with SAP S/4HANA, and hands‑on troubleshooting across HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities

SuccessFactors Support & Enhancements

• Maintain and enhance SAP SuccessFactors EC and Payroll (NL).
• Support multiple modules: Onboarding, Recruiting, PMGM, Succession, Learning, EC Payroll.
• Configure RBP, business rules, workflows, and master data.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues, data inconsistencies, and functional defects.
• Perform root cause analysis and incident triage for HR systems.

Integration & Cross-System Support

• Support integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA, SAP Finance, and other enterprise systems.
• Work with AS400, Thinkwise, and master data systems to ensure stable cross‑system data flows.
• Validate API and interface dependencies across HR processes.

HR Process Expertise

• Understand hire‑to‑retire lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and payroll processes.
• Apply NL payroll compliance knowledge in configuration and testing.
• Ensure accuracy of employee data, payroll results, and HR workflows.

Leadership & Delivery KPIs

• Mentor junior consultants and act as module SME.
• Occasionally take on Team Lead responsibilities.
• Contribute to ITSM KPIs (SLA, MTTR, incident reduction) and DevSecOps KPIs (DORA metrics, deployment rate).
• Ensure stability-first operations and zero disruption during releases.

Must‑Have Skills & Knowledge

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors platform.
• Employee Central (mandatory).
• Experience with at least 2–3 modules: Onboarding, Recruiting, PMGM, Succession, Learning, EC Payroll.
• Hands‑on experience with:
