SAP Delivery Consultant at Enzo Tech Group

Enzo Tech Group are working with a Netherlands-based enterprise organisation who are embarking on a SAP Payroll stabilisation and enhancement programme within an existing SAP HCM landscape. They require a SAP Payroll Technical Consultant (Netherlands) to join them on a freelance 6-month contract. This role will focus on hands-on SAP NL Payroll configuration, technical support, and ongoing payroll delivery in a live environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and configuration support across SAP Payroll (NL)
• Configure and maintain schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll drivers
• Support payroll runs, testing cycles, and issue resolution
• Deliver payroll enhancements, fixes, and change requests
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and SAP teams to support payroll operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll (Netherlands)
• Proven payroll configuration and technical payroll expertise
• Experience supporting live payroll environments
• Ability to work independently in a remote delivery model
• Remote, with 1–2 onsite days per month in Rotterdam
• Occasional onsite presence required for key workshops and alignment
