Job summary

MPower Plus is seeking a specialist to bridge SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Finance, ensuring seamless HR processes across the organization. You will work on role-based permissions, workflow configuration, and incident triage, translating business needs into robust system solutions while maintaining data integrity and payroll accuracy in the Netherlands.

The role requires 6–12 years in IT support with 4+ years in SAP SuccessFactors, retail or supply chain domain experience preferred,

Qualifications

• Experience with employee lifecycle management (hire → retire).
• Recruitment and onboarding workflows.
• Payroll processes, NL-specific exposure preferred.
• Root cause analysis (functional + configuration).
• Incident triage for HR systems.
• Debugging workflow and data issues.
• Automation in HR processes.
• Understanding of SaaS application lifecycle.
• Release management in SuccessFactors.
• Strong collaboration with HR teams and SAP CoE.

Responsibilities

• Bridge SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Finance to ensure seamless HR processes.
• Configure roles, workflows, and business rules to support HR operations.
• Triage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate fixes.
• Translate business needs into robust system solutions and data integrity.
• Work with vendors/partners and maintain system stability during transitions.
• Support payroll accuracy and localization needs for NL.

Integration between SuccessFactors and SAP systems

Interfaces with:
