Job summary

ITProposal in Amsterdam is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors EC–Payroll (Netherlands) Engineer to support and maintain HR systems, focusing on Employee Central and NL payroll, with SAP S/4HANA integrations and hands-on troubleshooting.

As a senior engineer, you will mentor junior consultants, act as module SME, and contribute to ITSM and DevSecOps KPIs, ensuring stable HR processes during releases and across multiple modules such as Onboarding, Recruiting and Learning.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors platform and Employee Central.
• Experience with NL Payroll configuration and testing.
• Hands-on with master data handling, RBp, workflows, and incident triage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance SAP SuccessFactors EC and NL Payroll support.
• Configure RBPs and business rules; manage master data.
• Troubleshoot HR workflows; perform RCA and incident triage.
• Collaborate across HR, SAP CoE and vendors; mentor junior consultants.
