Job summary

Bright Alley (part of Conclusion) in the Netherlands is looking for an SAP Payroll Consultant (mid-level/senior) to guide clients in optimizing payroll processes using SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. You will configure systems, run tests, advise on improvements, and coordinate with project teams and clients.

You bring 3–5 years of SAP Payroll or SF Employee Central Payroll experience, strong communication, and a client-focused mindset.

• Knowledge of legislation, payroll processes, and HR administration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s level education (HBO/WO equivalent).
• Experience translating business needs into SAP payroll solutions.
• Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.

You are the trusted advisor guiding clients in optimizing and further developing their payroll processes. With your expertise in SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, you translate client needs into smart solutions and contribute to reliable, efficient payroll operations.

You support clients with implementations, migrations, and the management of existing payroll systems

You analyze processes, configure systems, perform testing, and guide users through changes

You work closely with clients, project teams, and colleagues, taking an active role in coordinating tasks such as Client Coordinator

What this looks like in practice

As an SAP / SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant (mid-level/senior), you work with a wide range of organizations, from mid-sized companies to multinationals and the public sector. You support clients in setting up and optimizing payroll processes, resolve incidents, and advise on improvements. You contribute to knowledge sharing within myBrand Conclusion and have the opportunity to further specialize through training and certifications.

Your profile

Minimum 3-5 years of experience with SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

Knowledge of legislation, payroll processes, and HR administration

Bachelor’s or Master’s level education (HBO/WO equivalent)

Experience translating business needs into SAP functional payroll solutions

Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels

Proactive, results-driven, and client-focused mindset

Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and be present on client sites
