Job summary

Bunge, a leading global agribusiness and food ingredients company, is seeking a Salesforce Enablement & Commercial Excellence Analyst in Zaandam. You will serve as the regional Salesforce enablement lead for Europe Tropical Oils, partnering with commercial teams, Sales leaders, and Global Tools Enablement to drive adoption and improve CRM processes.

You will deliver onboarding, training, communications, and enablement programs, develop best practices for Salesforce usage, and support governance,

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM in a commercial, sales operations, or CRM enablement role.
• Experience delivering training, onboarding sessions, or user support programs.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to improve processes and drive adoption of digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive Salesforce and adjacent commercial tools across Europe Tropical Oils.
• Act as the regional Salesforce champion and trusted advisor for commercial users and business leaders.
• Deliver onboarding, user training, communications, and enablement programs to increase adoption and proficiency.
• Develop and promote best practices for Salesforce usage, CRM discipline, and commercial processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for user guidance and first-line escalation support.
• Support change management initiatives and successful rollout of new Salesforce capabilities and commercial processes.
• Partner with European Commercial, R&D/Innovation, and BT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Global Tools Enablement Lead on Salesforce governance, roadmap discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with BBS to ensure effective management of user setup, permissions, account maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Support license governance by monitoring usage and ensuring compliance with global policies.
• Monitor adoption, user engagement, data quality, and KPIs to drive value realization.
• Promote a strong culture of data accuracy, process compliance, and accountability across commercial teams.
