Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in Venlo, Netherlands, seeks a proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales team. You will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process.

You will process customer orders, maintain ERP data, prepare quotes and reports, and coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Logistics to drive accurate order processing and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

Experience in sales support, customer service, or administration.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
Good command of the English language; Dutch or other European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Accurately process customer orders and manage order entry.
Maintain customer and product data within the ERP system.
Prepare sales reports, quotations, and other commercial documentation.
Support the Sales team with daily administrative tasks.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Logistics to facilitate order processing.
Monitor order statuses and follow up on customer inquiries.
Assist with general sales administration and suggest process improvements.
