Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
• Good command of the English language; knowledge of Dutch or other European languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through order entry.
• Maintain and update customer and product information in the ERP system.
• Prepare sales reports, quotations, and other commercial documentation.
• Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Logistics for seamless order processing.
• Monitor order statuses and follow up on customer inquiries or requests.
• Assist with general sales administration and identify opportunities for process improvement.
