Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately in the ERP system, ensuring correct pricing, delivery terms and documentation.
• Prepare quotations, order confirmations and commercial documentation in cooperation with Area Sales Managers and product specialists.
• Coordinate with logistics, production and warehouse teams to follow up on order status, deliveries and backorders.
• Handle customer complaints and returns, coordinating investigations and corrective actions with internal teams and suppliers where required.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardisation of sales support workflows to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service or order management in B2B environments.
• Experience within lighting, electrical, construction or related industries is advantageous.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and commercial documentation.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems and confident use of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving attitude, able to coordinate corrective actions and follow up on issue resolution.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
