Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service or order management in B2B.
• Experience within lighting, electrical, construction or related industries is advantageous.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and commercial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and CRM, providing professional and timely responses.
• Process sales orders accurately in the ERP system, ensuring correct pricing, delivery terms and documentation.
• Prepare quotations, order confirmations and commercial documentation in cooperation with Area Sales Managers and product specialists.
• Coordinate with logistics, production and warehouse teams to follow up on order status, deliveries and backorders.
• Handle customer complaints and returns, coordinating investigations and corrective actions with internal teams and suppliers where required.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardisation of sales support workflows to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
