Job summary

Nike, Inc. is seeking a Marketplace Integrity Specialist for its EHQ to govern Nike’s Selective Distribution Policy and enhance marketplace integrity across EMEA. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal and Marketplace teams to drive policy initiatives, partner assessments and governance improvements.

This temporary role runs through March 2027 with a flexible hybrid work setup and opportunities to influence cross-functional programs and vendor partnerships.

Join Nike EHQ as a Marketplace Integrity Specialist and play a key role within the Commercial & Marketplace Excellence team. You will support the governance and execution of Nike’s Selective Distribution Policy across EMEA, helping to protect marketplace integrity, strengthen partner compliance, and drive strategic business initiatives that support Nike’s long-term growth and marketplace objectives.

This is a temporary assignment until March 2027.

What are you going to do?

This role requires collaboration across Sales, Business Development, Legal, and Marketplace teams to support Nike’s Selective Distribution Policy and Marketplace Integrity strategy across EMEA. You will:

• Maintain and support adherence to Nike’s Selective Distribution Policy across EMEA.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring policy criteria remain aligned with legal and business priorities.
• Coordinate partner assessments across Nike’s wholesale portfolio with external consultants.
• Support Marketplace Integrity initiatives, including Selective Distribution and Grey Market Management.
• Lead projects to improve Marketplace Integrity tools, reporting, and governance processes.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to strengthen marketplace compliance and execution.
