As the NVS Allocation Manager, you will guide the strategy and execution of allocation across Nike Value Stores. You bring a calm and structured approach to a fast moving retail environment and ensure that every decision supports product flow, consumer demand and business results. You lead with influence, set direction with confidence and create an environment where teams feel empowered to perform at their best.

This is a temporary assignment until the end of October.

What are you going to do?

In this role you will turn strategy into action, inspire a team of allocators and connect with partners across Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain and Store Operations to deliver a seamless end to end experience. You will:

• Drive performance and deliver KPIs through strong planning and communication
• Lead reviews, translate insights into actions, and guide decision-making
• Coach and develop the team while fostering ownership and a positive culture
• Improve processes, adopt new tools, and collaborate cross-functionally
