Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder management across functions and levels.

Join Nike at the European Headquarters (EHQ) as a Senior Marketplace Business Development Professional and play a key role in shaping the future of Nike’s Marketplace Partner ecosystem across EMEA. In this strategic and analytical role, you will support the development of a winning marketplace strategy by identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market dynamics, and driving integration across countries, channels, and partner networks.

What are you going to do?

• Identify marketplace growth opportunities through data analysis and market insights.
• Support the development and execution of Nike’s EMEA marketplace strategy.
• Monitor performance, provide recommendations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and local markets to ensure successful marketplace execution.
• Deliver reporting and insights that help strengthen Nike’s position across channels and markets.

As part of the Marketplace Business Development team, you will contribute to the growth of Nike Marketplace Partners across EMEA, helping create future-focused marketplace strategies that strengthen Nike's position across sports, channels, and consumer touchpoints.

What do we ask?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, market research, marketplace development, city mapping, strategy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, visualization, and storytelling.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with an understanding of marketplace dynamics and consumer trends.
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, or marketplace strategy.
• Familiarity with retail, wholesale, e-commerce, or marketplace environments is highly preferred.
• Experience with tools such as SQL, Snowflake and ArcGIS are a nice to have.
• Experience with tools such as Tableau, Circana, Euromonitor, Edited, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse functions and levels.
• A proactive, curious, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
