Job summary

Nike, Inc. is seeking a Marketplace Integrity Specialist for its EHQ to govern Nike’s Selective Distribution Policy and enhance marketplace integrity across EMEA. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal and Marketplace teams to drive policy initiatives, partner assessments and governance improvements.

This temporary role runs through March 2027 with a flexible hybrid work setup and opportunities to influence cross-functional programs and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Account Management or Retail.
• Strong project management and data governance experience.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence across teams and levels.
• Advanced Airtable expertise (development, design, process optimization).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects from concept to completion.
• Growth mindset and accountability.
• Experience in complex, cross-functional environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support adherence to Nike’s Selective Distribution Policy across EMEA.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives aligning policy with legal and business priorities.
• Coordinate partner assessments with external consultants.
• Support Marketplace Integrity initiatives including Grey Market Management.
• Lead projects to improve tools, reporting and governance processes.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to strengthen compliance and execution.
